The Kogi are an ancestral people who live as they always have in the highlands of Colombia, untouched and unimpressed by Western ways. They still live in their original way, maintaining a deep listening relationship with Mother Earth. They consider that it is their job to take care of the Mother, and since 1990 have been trying to warn us that She is dying, and that unless we stop damaging Her, none of us will survive. They (Older Brother) have sent us (Younger Brother) three increasingly urgent messages.

They first reached out with a documentary in 1990 where the people of the modern world are urged to change or suffer environmental disaster. The Kogi then retreated to their mountain home again. But it became clear to them that their warning had not been heard, so they invited their documentary film maker back in 2011 to create a second, much more urgent message which became the film ‘Aluna’, their name for Mother Earth.

In Aluna, a small group of Momas, enlightened ones, tell us that we have mutilated the Earth so brutally that She is sick and dying. We do this because we have forgotten Her, and forgotten that She is a sensitive being just as we are. If we do not stop the destruction, Aluna herself will finish us off.

Much of the film chronicles their intimate knowledge of the unbreakable connectedness of the totality of Earth. Whatever we destroy affects and weakens the whole planet. There are no isolated actions.

They are intimately aware of the dark matter of space, and see that certain places, or nodes on Earth, are connected with that dark matter. These nodes in turn are all connected with each other. These places especially must not be destroyed.

They demonstrate the effects of such destruction clearly with several examples from within their own ecosystem. In one case we see a huge lagoon on the coast, one of the nodes, that has been walled off from the ocean in order to provide water for a fossil-fueled power plant. The lagoon is now dead, and the river that feeds it has largely dried up as the mountain lakes at its source have shrunk. The Kogi know that if the onshore winds are drawing in less moisture, there will be less snow in the mountains. Thus one destruction creates another.

They tell us, ‘You don’t have to abandon your lives, but you must protect the rivers. The Mother is the owner of everything.’

When it became clear that Younger Brother had not heard this second message, the Kogi released a third message from Aluna herself in November 2023. It is to be shared with the world and the Younger Brothers so that we may unite all nations in support of Mother Earth. In no uncertain terms they tell us that Aluna will give our leaders until June 2024 to start healing the damage that has been caused, and if that does not happen, Alana herself will take matters into her own hands to heal herself. This will involve all the mighty forces of nature and will result in great changes to 70% of the Earth within two years.

This prophetic message is so dire that I offer it here in full.

I am the Mother. I am in the heart of the Universe. Throughout all of time I have never suffered from such heat or exhaustion. I have endured for the last thousand years. Since that time, my natural connection points, my rivers, reservoirs and internal waterways, across all continents, have been obstructed and are full of pollution. I cannot cleanse or recuperate.

In December 2023 I will start to rise and move and turn, sending this message out to all my children around the world. The storms, the earthquakes, the hurricanes and the rise of the ocean will come. If the governments, the sultans, the princes and kings of the world do not listen and act, in two years’ time only 30% of the Earth will remain.

I am the Mother. I have always endured despite arrows being put in my eyes and my body. I am not seeking to defend myself. I remain calm. But now I must recuperate. There are two ways for me to heal.

The First, I could take the Law of Nature into my own hands. This way I will go in search of my medicines so I can cure my body, heal my energies and all that I’m suffering from. There will be great changes upon the Earth. You will feel me recovering. You will feel me moving. I will not do this to cause harm to you. It will mean I am recuperating my body.

Or the Second way. All my children will make the healing happen for me so I will not need to do it myself. I will put my older children in charge of recovery. They will go and search for my medicines for my cure, so I can be healed and recuperate with their help.

You, my children, must be united and deliver what is needed for your older brothers so they can do the healing where I have been injured by you, my younger ones. Each one of the rulers of the world, of the governments of the world, must say: “Yes Mother, I will stand with you. I will give my help where you have been injured.”

I, your Mother have given you everything. When these changes start to happen, we will see whether you listen and act, or whether I myself will have to do what I must to recover the balance on Earth. If in just six months from how, by June 2024, you say: “Yes, we will provide what is needed”, then my oldest children will be able to help cure my body.

If this message is ignored, I will take the Law of Nature into my own hands one year and a half from that date.

This is the message that the Mother has given, She who is in the heart of the world.
